General Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms: For non-account holders, payment is required in advance before goods are dispatched (Cash on Delivery). Accounts can be established upon request and are subject to approval.
Workmanship: All workmanship is performed in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and consistent results. If any other specifications are required, they will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
Pricing: All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of the quotation and are subject to change based on exchange rate fluctuations. Additional charges for shipping, handling, or customs may apply and will be communicated prior to finalizing the order.
Warranty: The supplier will repair or replace any goods that are found to be defective within 12 months from the date of delivery. This only applies to workmanship and parts supplied by supplier.
RoHS Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to specify the requirement for RoHS compliance at the time of order. If requested, a certificate of conformance verifying RoHS compliance can be provided along with the goods. The customer should ensure that all applicable regulatory requirements are communicated, as noncompliance may impact product delivery or suitability for intended use.
Confidentiality: All information belonging to the company is considered proprietary and confidential. Both the customer and supplier agree not to use, disclose, or share any company details, including but not limited to pricing, product specifications, business practices, and any other sensitive information, without prior written consent. This obligation of confidentiality will remain in effect during the course of the business relationship and will survive its termination.
